Kære forældre.

1. februar 2021 tager dagtilbuddene i Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune Aula i brug. Personalet er undervist i Aula, så vi er klar til at starte Aula op.

For jer forældre vil implementeringen af Aula i dagtilbud betyde, at man bruger den samme kommunikationsløsning fra børnene begynder i dagpleje/vuggestue, til de går ud af folkeskolen. Hvis man har børn i både dagtilbud og skoler, kan man se alle ens børn på en side. Det er positivt, at I som forældre kun skal forholde jer til et system.

Det er en forventning, at alle forældre bruger Aula. Vær opmærksom på at der fra 1. februar 2021 bliver kommunikeret via Aula. Derfor skal I sørge for, at I får adgang til systemet. Jeg har indsat ”kom godt i gang med Aula” folderen på side 2. Folderen er også vedhæftet nyheden, der blev sendt tidligere.

Det er først muligt at logge på Aula med jeres Uni-login den 1. februar 2021. Jer, der i forvejen har adgang til Aula (via skolebørn) vil automatisk få adgang til jeres barn/børn i dagtilbud, når I åbner Aula den 1. februar 2021.

Nederst i denne skrivelse har jeg indsat links til, hvor I kan finde hjælp i form af gode vejledninger og videoer til Aula samt et telenummer til den digitale hotline.

Da vi skal have Aula til at give mest mulig mening for os alle sammen til gavn for jeres børn, så har vi endnu ikke låst os helt fast på, hvordan vi i Dagplejen og Lærkereden vil bruge hele systemet.

Jeg og personalet vil gøre det bedste for at hjælpe jer. Så kom endelig og spørg, hvis der er noget, I bliver i tvivl om.

Dear Parents.

On February the 1st 2021, the day care services in Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune will begin using Aula instead of mininstitution. The staff are instructed and taught in Aula so we are ready to begin using Aula.

For you parents, the implementation of Aula in day care will mean that you use the same communication solution from the children start in the nursery until they leave primary school. If you have children in both day care and schools, you can see all your children on the same page. It is positive that you parents only have to relate to one system.

It is an expectation that all parents use Aula. Please note that from February the 1st 2021, communication will take place via Aula. Therefore, you must make sure that you have access to the system. I have inserted a "step by step guide" on page 2. You can also download the guide in the Aula folder at minnstitution up to and including the 31st January 2021*.

It is first possible to log in to Aula with your Uni login on the 1st February of 2021. Parents who already have access to Aula (because of their school children) will automatically have access to your child / children in day care when you open Aula on the 1st of February 2021.

At the bottom of this letter I have inserted links to where you can find help in the form of good guidelines and videos for Aula as well as a telephone number for the digital hotline.

Aula has to make as much sense as possible for all of us for the benefit of your children. Therefore we have not yet locked ourselves completely onto how Dagplejen and Lærkereden entirely will use Aula.
